A Carson City couple has been arrested on charges they operated an opioid distribution ring.
Luis and Diana Perez were taken into custody Sept. 17 by the Tri-NET narcotics task force.

The two are charged with possession and sales of a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession for sales and possession of paraphernalia.
