An enchanting walk, magical company, inside historical buildings and homes – and some seasonal happiness… Come and join the Carson City Historical Society as it presents “A Victorian Christmas Tour” on Saturday, Dec. 10.
There will be seven locations on the tour this year. The houses are: Foreman-Roberts, Hyman Olcovich, Curry and Bliss Mansions; the Methodist and Episcopal Churches, and the Bank Saloon. You will be able to see inside of these historic locations.
“Joyful Noise” will perform at the Foreman-Roberts House, and Kim Harris will be a docent, portraying Annie Roberts, matriarch of the Foreman-Roberts home. Refreshments are available at different locations.
Tours start at three different times: 12:30 p.m., 1 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. Each tour group will begin at the Carriage House, behind the Foreman-Roberts House at 1207 North Carson St. Tickets are $20 per person. Children under 12 are free.
