PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE INTENT TO PUBLISH THE JUMP AROUND CARSON
(JAC) TITLE VI PROGRAM
The Carson Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) invites the public to review and comment on the Jump Around Carson (JAC) Title VI Program for Federal Fiscal Years 2023-2025. This federally mandated document affirms that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.” Additional information is available at the Carson City Public Works Department, on the CAMPO website at https://www. A 30-day public comment period for review of the JAC Title VI Program opened on December 10, 2022 and closes on January 10, 2023. The Title VI Program will be presented to the CAMPO Board on January 11, 2023. Staff is available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to meet with the public and to answer any questions. Public comments are encouraged during this time.
