Carson City road report for December 12 to 18, 2022

Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to Dec. 12-18:

Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

Caroline Street between Valley Street and Anderson Street will be closed, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:

U.S. 50 between Russell Way and Airport Road will have lane and shoulder closures in the eastbound direction, Monday-Friday, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. for roadway and sidewalk reconstruction. Work zone speed limits will be reduced to 35 mph, and drivers should expect minor delays. Pedestrians must use existing crosswalks to detour to the north side of the street.

Anderson Street between Washington Street and Robinson Street will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

College Parkway at College Drive will have reduced lanes with flagger controls, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

College Parkway at Ormsby Boulevard will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

College Parkway between Lompa Lane and Goni Road will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway improvements.

Dori Street between Sherman Lane and Catherine Circle will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Eagle Station Lane between Koontz Lane and Silver Sage Drive will have reduced lanes, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

5th Street between Saliman Road and Warm Springs Road will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for utility work.

Hamilton Avenue between Bullion Drive and Belmont Avenue will have shoulder work, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.

Koontz Lane between Carson Street and Silver Sage Drive has planned reduced lanes, Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for geotechnical investigation.

Musser Street between Plaza Street and Stewart Street will have narrowed lanes, Tuesday-Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.

Northridge Drive between Roop Street and Ridgecrest Drive will have narrowed lanes, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Sheep Drive between Deer Run Road and Asphalt Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. for utility work.

Silver Sage Drive between Koontz Lane and Eagle Station Lane has planned reduced lanes, Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for geotechnical investigation.

Stewart Street between Telegraph Street and Musser Street will have lane reductions, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
