NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that STEPHEN WALTER WINSLOW has filed a Petition to Admit Estate to Probate, For Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Summary Administration of the Estate of the Decedent, MARK LAURENCE WINSLOW, and has set the matter for a hearing on 29th day of March, 2022, at 08:30 a.m., in in Department II of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The Petition requests authority for STEPHEN WALTER WINSLOW and THOMAS RUSSELL VANDER LAAN to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Co-Personal Representatives will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
