 PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 

Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, section 2.110, pertaining to the publication of an ordinance adopted by the Carson City Board of Supervisors, the following ordinances were proposed at the regular meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors held on May 19, 2022, voted upon, and adopted at the regular meeting held on June 16, 2022, and ordered by said Board of Supervisors to be published by title: 

Ordinance No. 2022-7 

Bill No. 106 

An ordinance relating to administrative appeals; establishing provisions governing appeals from administrative decisions of the Director of the Community Development Department; revising provisions governing appeals from decisions of the Hearing Examiner, the Historic Resources Commission, the Growth Management Commission and the Planning Commission; establishing provisions requiring the submission of a prescribed form to file an appeal; establishing provisions authorizing the consolidation of multiple appeals; establishing the standard of review in an appeal; establishing provisions for legal standing in an appeal; repealing obsolete provisions governing appeals from decisions of the Historic Resources Commission; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. 

The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing ordinance at the June 16, 2022, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Stan Jones, Supervisor Lisa Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell 

The names of the Supervisors voting against passage of the foregoing ordinance are: None Those abstaining: None; those absent: None 

Ordinance No. 2022-8 

Bill No. 107 

An ordinance relating to improvement districts, establishing provisions to levy the Downtown Neighborhood Improvement District Fiscal Year 2023 assessment for the maintenance of the Downtown Streetscape Enhancement Project; and providing other matters properly related thereto. 

The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing ordinance at the June 16, 2022, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Stan Jones, Supervisor Lisa Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell 

The names of the Supervisors voting against passage of the foregoing ordinance are: None Those abstaining: None; those absent: None 

Ordinance No. 2022-9 

Bill No. 108 

An ordinance relating to improvement districts, establishing provisions to levy the South Carson Neighborhood Improvement District Fiscal Year 2023 assessment for the maintenance of the South Carson Complete Streets Project; and providing other matters properly related thereto. 

The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing ordinance at the June 16, 2022, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Stan Jones, Supervisor Lisa Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell
