Marlene Hill, 71, was arrested Wednesday, March 9 on a felony count charging assault with a deadly weapon after an argument outside an apartment complex on College Parkway.
According to the arrest report, Hill, a Carson City resident, and the victim were arguing over a parking space which she claimed was a space assigned to her daughter. The report says when the victim walked away, she accelerated her vehicle toward him, narrowly missing the victim.
The incident was captured on surveillance video.
She was jailed on one count of felony ADW. Bail was set at $20,000.
