NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was passed and adopted by the Churchill County Board of Commissioners on May 5, 2022:
Summary: An ordinance authorizing the issuance of the Churchill County, Nevada Revenue Bond (Churchill County Communications), Series 2022, and providing other matters related thereto.
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF THE CHURCHILL COUNTY, NEVADA, REVENUE BOND (CHURCHILL COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS), SERIES 2022, IN THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $9,000,000 TO FINANCE A PORTION OF THE COST OF A TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROJECT FOR CHURCHILL COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS; PROVIDING THE FORMS, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND SECURITY FOR THE BOND AND THE SALE THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION AS IF AN EMERGENCY EXISTS; AND PROVIDING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
At the final reading of the above listed ordinance, the vote was as follows:
AYES: H. Peter Olsen, Jr., Chairman
Greg Koenig, Vice-Chairman
Justin Heath, Commissioner
NAYS: None
ABSENT: N/A
