A pedestrian died in a hit-and-run crash on Thursday in Carson City, according to a release from the Carson City Sheriff’s Office. The suspect was later arrested. Neither the victim nor the suspect were identified by CCSO.
The crash occurred at 5:12 p.m. on Thursday near the intersection of Stewart Street and Little Lane. No other information was provided by CCSO.
The release said the sheriff’s office is asking the community for additional information concerning the investigation. People who may have knowledge that would aid CCSO are asked to contact Deputy Jessica Dickey at jdickey@carson.org or Sgt. Matt Smith at msmith@carson.org.
