Carson City theater holds benefit for 11-year-old with cancer

Carson City’s Wild Horse Productions presents “United in Hope and Healing: A Benefit for Zoe Ward.” This event will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, hosted at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall.

The performance will support Zoe Ward, an actor from Wild Horse Children's Theater who recently received a diagnosis of brain cancer, specifically DIPG/DMG, shortly after her 11th birthday.

Ward, along with her family‚ Gemma, Chase, Chastity, Harmony, Evan, Phoebe and Reverie, have been integral members of Wild Horse for years.

The night will feature singers, dancers, acrobats, comedians, and more. All performers have offered their talents in support of Ward and her family.

Tickets for this event are general admission and available by donation only.

A minimum $10 donation is suggested.
