PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE
Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, section 2.110, pertaining to the publication of an ordinance adopted by the Carson City Board of Supervisors, the following ordinances were proposed at the regular meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors held on May 18, 2023, voted upon, and adopted at the regular meeting held on June 15, 2023, and ordered by said Board of Supervisors to be published by title:

Bill No. 108
An ordinance relating to improvement districts; levying the Fiscal Year 2024 assessment for the Downtown Neighborhood Improvement District (“DNID”); amending the DNID ordinance under Chapter 271 of the Nevada Revised Statutes; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing ordinance at the June 15, 2023, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Curtis Horton, Supervisor Lisa Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell
The names of the Supervisors voting against passage of the foregoing ordinance are: None Those abstaining: None; those absent: None

An ordinance relating to improvement districts; levying the Fiscal Year 2024 assessment for the South Carson Neighborhood Improvement District (“SCNID”); amending the SCNID ordinance under Chapter 271 Of the Nevada Revised Statutes; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
