State sets 4 hiring events in Carson City

The Nevada Department of Human Resource Management will be hiring for positions offered by various departments. Same-day job offers may be offered to attending participants.

Interviews will be conducted on four dates from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Nevada State Library & Archives building, 100 N. Stewart St., Carson City. Walk-ins are welcome.

• Wednesday, Oct. 11: Department of Conservation & Natural Resources, Department of Veteran Services, Department of Wildlife, Office of the Military

• Saturday, Oct. 21: Department of Public Safety, Nevada Gaming Control Board, Office of the Secretary of the State, Office of the Treasurer

• Tuesday, Oct. 24: Department of Health & Human Services, Department of Taxation

• Thursday, Nov. 2: Department of Corrections, Department of Transportation, Nevada Attorney General’s Office, and the Nevada State Controller
