NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION OF AUTHORITY
All The Right Moves, LLP filed a request, under Docket 23-09004, with the NTA (“Authority”) to provide notice to the Authority of the voluntary cancellation of CPCN 3340, Sub 2.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before September 26, 2023.
