IN THE MATTER OF
DONNA MARIE LOFFLAND
NOTICE is hereby given that Charles R.
Loffland, Jr., is the duly appointed and qualified
Successor Trustee of The Loffland Family
Trust dated September 18, 1996. The Grantor/
Settlor of the Trust, Donna Marie Loffland died
on January 16, 2024.
A creditor having a claim against the Trust
or the Grantor/Settlor of the estate must file a
claim with Kalicki Collier, PLLC, at 401 Ryland
Street, Suite 200, Reno, NV 89502, within
ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first
publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
