NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of the Dean Church and Frances M. Church revocable trust, R. Dean Church, the settlor of that trust died on April 15, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the settlor or the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
