NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned were appointed and qualified by the First Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for the Carson City on the 11th day of December, 2023, as Co-Administrators of the Estate of SUSAN BATTEN, deceased. 

All creditors having claims against said estate are required to file the same, with the proper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court within 60 days after the first publication of this Notice. 

Pursuant to NRS 147.070 claims for $250 or more must be supported by affidavit.
