OBERG AIRAPETYAN, is the duly appointed

and qualified Successor Trustee of THE

OBERG TRUST, dated October 6, 1992.

Grantor, ELMER ARNOLD OBERG, also

known as ELMER A. OBERG, is now

deceased, having passed away on February

20, 2009.

Grantor, ALICE GREGSON OBERG, also

known as ALICE G. OBERG, is also now

deceased, having passed away on July 6,

2010.

Any creditor having a claim against either

of the above-named Grantors or Trust Estate

must file his or her claim with the undersigned

attorney for the Trustee at the address given

below within ninety (90) days after mailing or

the first publication of this notice.
