NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

ELIZABETH A. WALTHER is the duly appointed

and qualified Trustee of the DONNA MARIE

PEARSON TRUST dated August 19, 2008, and

any amendments thereto. The Settlor of that

Trust, DONNA MARIE PEARSON, died January

12, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the

Settlor and against said Trust estate must file

a claim with the undersigned at the address

given below within ninety (90) days after the first

publication of this notice.
