NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JEFFREY

R. MARTIN is the duly appointed and qualified

Trustee of the WEIR CONSOLIDATION

TRUST dated April 26, 2006; the DONALD

AND JULIANNE WEIR FAMILY TRUST

dated September 4, 1987; and the DONALD

V. WEIR 1984 TRUST dated September 18,

1984; and amendments thereto. Settlor,

DONALD V. WEIR, died on August 15, 2011.

Settlor, JULIANNE WEIR died on February

7, 2024. A creditor having a claim against

the Settlors and against said Trust estates

must file a claim with the undersigned at the

address given below within ninety (90) days

after the first publication of this notice.
