NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of The Lynda Emmons Revocable Living Trust dated November 26, 2014, (“Trust”), the settlor of that Trust, Lynda Emmons aka Linda Jo Emmons aka Linda Emmons died on May 30, 2024. Pursuant to NRS 164.025, a creditor having a claim against the settlor and against the Trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice. A failure to file a claim within 90 days may impact your right to recover.
