APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92408
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 2nd day of February 2023 James C. Estill of Lovelock, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.012 c.f.s. and 8.63 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 Section 2, T24N, R34E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of Section 8, T24N, R34E, MDB&M bears S 68 degrees 00 minutes 04 seconds W, a distance of 18,775.9 feet (approx. 23 miles SE of Lovelock, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
