APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 92980
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th day
of September 2023 Cheek Construction, LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.06684 c.f.s. and 3.84 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 Section 15, T19N, R27E, MDB&M or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 15 bears S 27 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds W, a distance of 2,618 feet (approx. 10 miles W-NW of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
