The following arrests were made by the Carson City Sheriff's Department:


-- Richard Leon Birmingham, 37, a carpenter from Carson City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. on Musser Street for suspicion of felony forgery. His bail was set at $7,500.


-- A 41-year-old carpenter from Carson City was arrested Wednesday at 12:10 p.m. at the Carson City Jail on a Dayton Justice Court warrant for criminal contempt. Bail was set at $430.


--Jarrod Douglas Gibson, 29, a truck driver from Reno, was arrested Wednesday at the Carson City Jail on two Carson City Justice Court warrants for suspicion of felony malicious destruction of property and misdemeanor making annoying phone calls. His bail was set at $10,000.


-- A 40-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 50 East for the following misdemeanors: driving on a suspended license, no turn signals and obstructed view. His bail was set at $685.


-- James Patrick Cagle, 30, an inmate at the Nevada State Prison, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. at the prison for suspicion of felony prisoner with controlled substance. No bail was set.


-- Melissa Dale Wyatt, 33, an office manager from Carson City, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of Musser Street for suspicion of felony forgery. Her bail was set at $7,500.


-- Christopher A. Fassett, also known as Robert Espinoza or Christopher Fasset, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on three Carson City Justice Court warrants for suspicious of the following: two felony fugitive from justice warrants, eluding police, and the following misdemeanors: reckless driving, failure to maintain basic speed and drunken driving. No bail was set.


-- Michael Thomas Budil, 31, a construction worker from Reno, was arrested at 12 p.m. in the 800 block of North Carson Street for felony probation violation, misdemeanor obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set.


-- Gary Charles Horras, 41, a handyman from Carson City, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday at Roop Street and Beverly Drive for suspicion of felony convicted sex offender failure to register. Bail was set at $2,000.


-- A 31-year-old maintenance man from Carson City was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block Conestoga Drive for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- Harley Darren Kilfian, 21, flooring installer from Carson City, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Utah Street for suspicion of felony probation violation and misdemeanor domestic violence. His bail was set at $3,105.


-- A 54-year-old fast food clerk from Carson City was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Condor Circle for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence. Her bail was set at $3,105.


-- A 39-year-old program assistant from Carson City was arrested at 2:37 a.m. Thursday at Telegraph and Nevada streets for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, failure to maintain a single lane and improperly displaying license plate. His bail was set at $1,225.
