Obituary: Floy Fay Worrell

A graveside service for Floy Fay Worrell, 86, a Carson City resident since January, will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Lemoore Cemetery in Lemoore, Calif.

Mrs. Worrell died Aug. 20, 2001, at Eagle Valley Care Center. She was born April 3, 1915, in Paris, Texas, to Dave David and Mary Mooney Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Loyd Worrell on April 13, 1980, brother Roy "Blackie" Jackson on Oct. 26, 1997, and sister Lois Jackson.

Prior to living in Carson City she resided in Lemoore.

Mrs. Worrell was a homemaker. She was very active in the PTA for several years.

Among her survivors are her daughter Bobbie Jo Clark of Reno; son Bill Worrell of Bullhead City, Ariz.; son-in-law Hersh Clark of South Lake Tahoe and granddaughters Nikki Lyn Clark of Carson City and Kelly Worrell of Phoenix.

Capitol City Cremation and Burial Society in Carson City is in charge of arrangements.
