-- James Cole Lyons, 43, unemployed from San Jose, Calif., was arrested at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday at the Carson City Jail on a Carson City Justice Court warrant for failure to appear for drunken driving sentencing. His bail was set at $10,000.
-- Rachel Marie Sybrant, 22, unemployed from Fernley, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Nevada Street for suspicion of gross misdemeanor probation violation. No bail was set.
-- Paul Hansel Mulkey, 40, a computer technician from Carson City, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of South Roop Street for suspicion of felony embezzlement and misdemeanor false report of a crime. His bail was set at $4,115.
-- Brian Martin Malone, 21, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Washoe County Jail on a justice court warrant for suspicion of failure to appear after admission to bail. His bail was set at $40,000.
-- A 49-year-old unemployed man from Carson City was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday at Highway 50 East and Saliman Road for suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $210.
-- An 18-year-old laborer from Carson City was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Burton Street for suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. His bail was set at $3,105.
-- Bud Edward Stout, 44, an unemployed auto worker from Carson City, was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday at Roop and Dan streets on a California warrant for suspicion of fugitive from justice. His bail was set at $10,000.
-- Jorge Gomez, 33, a laborer from Carson City, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. Tuesday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $20,000.
-- A 32-year-old housekeeper from South Lake Tahoe was arrested at 12:09 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 395 for suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and speeding. Her bail was set at $1,206.
