The following men and women were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in court:

-- Timothy Hugh Coleman, 31, a mechanic from Carson City, was arrested at 6 p.m. Monday in the 3800 block of Highway 50 East for suspicion of felony probation violation on a trafficking methamphetamine charge. No bail was set.

-- Avendano Roberto Ruiz, 28, of Salem, Ore., was arrested at noon Monday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon. He allegedly had an unloaded handgun in his pants pocket when he went into the courthouse.

-- Dawn Michelle Fox, 32, a shopkeeper from Carson City, was arrested Monday at 2:20 p.m. on a felony Carson City Justice Court warrant for suspicion of felony failure to appear on a forgery charge and misdemeanor petty larceny. She allegedly missed a District Court hearing earlier and was picked up shoplifting from Scolari's. As Judge Michael Griffin issued the warrant Monday morning during court, he noted it was Fox's second time for missing a hearing. "(She's) going to reach the time when she has to pay the piper," he said. Bail was set at $10,000.
