Obituary: Lillian S. Earnshaw

Lillian S. Earnshaw, 74, a Murphys, Calif., resident for the past three years, died Jan. 5, 2003, at Columbia Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, Calif. She was born March 28, 1928, in Galveston, Texas.

Before moving to Murphys, she lived in Carson City for 29 years.

Mrs. Earnshaw was a waitress for Heidi's Family Restaurant, Inc., for 27 years before retiring.

Among her survivors are sons John Martin and Scott Martin and daughter Lorraine Montantes, all of San Jose; brother Jack Wilson of Lamarque, Texas; sisters Eloise Sloan of Fort Stockton, Texas, Gladys Wilson of Placerville, Calif., and Marjorie Kupsa of Galveston, Texas; one grandchild and five great-grandchildren.

At her request there will be no service.

Inurnment will be at Los Gatos Memorial Park in San Jose.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.

Angels Memorial Chapel of Angels Camp is in charge of arrangements.
