The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.


-- A 30-year-old, unemployed male transient was arrested at 5:13 a.m. Saturday at the corner of Second and Pratt Streets on misdemeanor suspicion of indecent conduct. Bail was set at $615.


-- A 32-year-old Carson City painter was arrested at 12:30 a.m. Saturday at the corner of Winnie Lane and Highway 395 on misdemeanor suspicion of second-offense driving under the influence and turning left at intersection. Bail was set at $2,660.


-- A 23-year-old, unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 10:40 p.m. Friday at the corner of Long and Carson Streets on a felony warrant for suspicion of being a fugitive from justice and a misdemeanor warrant for assault. He was placed on a no-bail hold.


-- A 48-year-old transient male tree trimmer was arrested at 7:13 p.m. Friday on the corner of Long and Carson Streets on misdemeanor suspicion of first-offense driving under the influence, no proof of insurance and open container. Bail was set at $1,970.


-- Terri Bogstahl, an unemployed 33-year-old woman of unknown residence, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of South Carson Street on a felony warrant out of Laughlin for suspicion of check fraud, a misdemeanor warrant out of Carson for failure to comply, misdemeanor suspicion of obstructing and possession of drug paraphernalia. A cash-only bail was set at $3,890.


-- A 21-year-old Carson City mechanic was arrested at 3:08 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of East William Street on misdemeanor suspicion of hit and run, no valid drivers license and following too close. Bail was set at $880.


-- George Ernest Saber, a 43-year-old, unemployed Silver Springs man, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Friday at the Carson City Sheriff's Department in the 900 block of East Musser Street on a felony warrant out of Idaho for being a felony from justice. He was placed on a no-bail hold.
