The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 40-year-old construction worker from Incline Village was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,132.


• A 21-year-old roofer from Carson City was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of misdemeanor speeding, eluding, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and drunken driving.


• Marinan Barta, 43, of Reno, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property and methamphetamine. Bail was set at $50,000.


n Deputies responded to the following calls:


• A glass door on a business in the 1800 block of East Long Street was broken into sometime between Wednesday at 6 p.m. and Thursday at 6 a.m. A candy machine was missing.


• A state building under construction on Stewart Street was vandalized Wednesday night.
