The Carson Tennis Club is offering "Tennis for Everyone" junior clinics for beginners, advanced beginners and intermediate/high school players. A walk-in clinic is also being offered every Thursday for adults.
The junior clinic will run for two weeks, four times a week, Monday through Thursday. Cost is $45 per player, $35 for little pros. The session will run today through July 22. The schedule will be:
Little pros (4-6), 8:30-9 a.m.; age 7-15 beginners, 9-10 a.m.; age 7-15 advanced beginners, 10-11 a.m.; age 7-15 intermediate, 11 a.m.-noon.
Carson High girls tennis coach Diane Baker will run the clinics at Centennial Park. The teacher to student ratio will be 6-1.
Cost for the drop-in clinic for adults is $15. Drop-in clinics will be held every Tuesday through Thursday through July 22.
