A graveside service for Ethel Jones, 91, a Carson City resident for the past 12 years, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, Calif.
Mrs. Jones died April 17, 2005, in Carson City. She was born Oct. 11, 1913, in Michigan to George E. and Philatha Hill.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Lake Elsinore, Calif.
Mrs. Jones was a homemaker. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, rock hunting, camping and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William E., in 1989; and son, William E., in 1995.
Among her survivors are her daughters and sons-in-law Eunice and Richard Perschke of Cottonwood, Ariz., Barbara and Bob Livak of Marina, Calif., and Sandra and John Arnett of Dayton; daughter-in-law, Nancy Jones of Snover, Mich.; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
