The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 51-year-old computer programmer from Carson City was arrested at 10:50 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $500.


• A 46-year-old transient was arrested at 1:02 p.m. Friday in the 7700 block of Highway 50 East on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $1,000.


• A 37-year-old transient was arrested at 4:12 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of North Carson Street on a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Bail was set at $3,000.


• A 25-year-old Carson City man of unknown employment was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Friday at Carson and Adams streets on a misdemeanor warrant for destruction of property. Bail was set at $1,000.


• Valerie Baxley, a 36-year-old transient, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. Friday in the 3300 block of Highway 50 East on a felony warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $10,000.


• Lourdes Fear, aka Lulu, a 47-year-old card dealer from Carson City, was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of North Green Court on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. Bail was set at $20,000. According to police reports, Fear went after her husband with a butcher knife in order to "show him what crazy people do."


• A 49-year-old entertainer from Carson City was arrested at 10:28 p.m. Friday in the 4100 block of Furnace Creek Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 27-year-old painter from Carson City was arrested at 4:10 a.m. Saturday at Sonoma Street and Gillis Way on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,000.


• A 19-year-old construction worker from Carson City was arrested at 2:27 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Truckee Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.


• A 23-year-old transient was arrested at 3:21 a.m. Saturday at Goni Road and College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI, driving without a license, reckless driving, disobedience to a traffic control device and failure to drive on the right side of the road. Bail was set at $2,220.


• A 26-year-old transient firefighter was arrested at 11:40 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and trespassing. Bail was set at $474.
