Douglas High's Andy McIntosh and Luke Rippee will hope to end impressive springs on a high note during the annual Silver and Blue football game to be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Mackay Stadium.
McIntosh, a sophomore wide receiver, caught three passes in last Saturday's scrimmage. McIntosh also set the team record for the Nevada Run, a traditional event conducted by Nevada coach Chris Ault. The run, which is essentially a grueling obstacle course, is a test of speed, agility and endurance. McIntosh finished the run in 1 minute, 25 seconds.
Rippee, a sophomore defensive back, has also had an impressive spring for the Wolf Pack.
