Villia M. Pendergast, 67, a five-year Carson City resident, died Nov. 25, 2006, in Carson City.
Mrs. Pendergast was born March 21, 1939, in Carlsbad, N.M., to Dock Wylie Johnson and Margie Luise Black.
She married Richard L. "Penn" Pendergast on Aug. 2, 1962, in Carson City.
Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. Pendergast lived in Oceanside, Calif.
She was a homemaker and a military wife.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Among her survivors are her children Linda Hanger and Shelby Pendergast, and Sheldon Pendergast of Carson City; sister Barbara Green; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Nov. 27, 2006, at the Bread of Life Christian Fellowship.
