GALENA GIRLS 2-0
The Galena High girls basketball team won its first two games of the Centennial Tournament, beating Mojave 66-44 and Thunderbird 54-38.
Against Mojave, Langley Iverson scored 20 points and Colleen Kern and Amy Scott each added 14 points. Against Thunderbird, Iverson scored 17 points and Kern added 12 points. Galena will finish pool play today against Valley and Foothill.
