What's closed for Presidents' Day

State, federal and city offices will be closed today in observance of Presidents' Day.

Carson City School District students will return to school Tuesday. All Western Nevada Community College campuses will be closed.

The Carson City Marriage Bureau, 885 E. Musser St., will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The front counter of the Carson City Sheriff's Department will be closed.

Dayton, Douglas County, Silver Springs and Storey County senior centers will be closed. The Carson City Senior Citizens Center will be open.

The Carson City Library will be closed.

Lyon County public libraries will be closed. Other Lyon County offices and the marriage bureau will be closed.

The Douglas County public library and government offices will be closed.

Most banks will be closed, including Colonial Bank and Wells Fargo. US Bank will be open.

Jump Around Carson buses will operate as scheduled. Call 887-2323 for information.

Citifare in Reno will run on a Saturday schedule. Pride Carson City service to Reno will operate on regular schedule. Call 348-RIDE for complete schedules and information.

The post office and its retail stations will be closed.

The Nevada State and Nevada State Railroad museums will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
