Carter solid for William Penn

Paul Carter, a 2003 Carson High graduate, is having a solid season for the William Penn University wrestling team, an NAIA school in Iowa.

Carter, who won a NIAA 4A state title as a senior, is ranked sixth in the NAIA Central Region at 149 pounds. The junior has an 11-12 record and has one win by major decision. William Penn is ranked 11th in the country.
