Carson High 2002 graduate Nick Josten returns to the Brewery Arts Center Friday for a show titled "A Night in the Black Box - Plays, Prose Poetry of Nick Josten."

Josten graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, S.D., this spring. He is scheduled to depart for Zentsuji, Japan, to teach English at three high schools in Kanagawa Prefecture.

The new show will feature Josten reading his own poetry and prose before being joined by local actors offering scenes from his plays. Josten has been giving readings in Sioux Falls, and gave his first featured reading at the Horse Barn Arts Center there.
