What I do: We do breakfast, lunch and early evening dinners. We have 16 different kinds of half-pound charbroiled burgers and wraps. We have all homemade side dishes, such as soup, chili and potato salad. We are located inside the Old Globe Saloon. We moved from Decade's Bar on June 8.

Why I decided to open the business: I love cooking, I've raised nine children and I've spent my whole life in a kitchen. And you get to meet nice people from all walks of life.

Business accomplishments: The quality of our food. You won't walk away from this restaurant hungry.

Family: I have a son and a daughter who live here, along with several sisters. We also have two new border collies that we rescued from shelters.

My business motto: Giving 60 seconds of your time can make the greatest of differences.

My favorite burger: I have to say the mushroom burger, that's absolutely my favorite. It's why I opened another restaurant.
