Scouting Sacramento State: The Hornets are coming off a WAC sweep to Hawai'i which dropped them to fifth placein conference with an 8-10 record and a loss to Stanford on Wednesday... Shortstop Rincon has a three--game hit streak and is hitting .323 in WAC contests. He also leads the team with 12 stolen bases and 10 sacrifice bunts... Flores has fared well in WAC play with a .410 average and he's hit nine doubles in conference games.

Scobee is now the top hitter on the team with a .362 mark, and his two homers against Davis moved him into fifth all-time with 35 ... Multi-homer games are critical for the Pack. Nevada is 10-3 when it hits two or more homers and 8-23 when it hits sero or one homer ... Nevada is 15-9 at home and 2-15 on the road ... Nevada has been outscored 78-34 in the first two innings of games throughout the season.
