A graveside service for Martha E. Hart, 90, a one-year Yerington resident, will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery, 1281 N. Roop St. Visitation will begin 9 a.m. Friday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley.

Mrs. Hart died May 15, 2006, in Yerington. She was born Aug. 7, 1915, in Durkee, Ore., to Henry Hucker and Anna McCaw.

She married Robert Hart on Sept. 16, 1936, in Oregon.

Before moving to Yerington, she lived in Dayton for 32 years and Carson City for 23 years.

She was a Carson City Police matron for five years and a casino attendant for the Ormsby House for several years.

She was a Baptist, and enjoyed yard work and her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1983 and her daughter Sharon in 2004.

Among her survivors are her daughters Georgia May of Yerington and Roberta Arnold of Dayton; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
