Kathryn V. Bonds, 83, a 50-year resident of Carson City died Aug. 19, 2007, in Carson City.
She was born Aug. 25, 1923, to Jesse James Medlin and Rosalie Knotts in Broken Arrow, Okla.
She owned and operated wedding chapels in Carson City for 25 years.
She enjoyed her animals, reading, and watching "The Price is Right."
She was preceded in death by a brother, Herman Medlin.
Among her survivors are sons Gary Jackson of Oklahoma, Mark Bonds of Texas and Ethan Bonds of Carson City; daughters Cathy Vance of Oklahoma and Vickey Morley of Washington; 10 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
