Juanita E. Morrow

Juanita E. Morrow ended her journey in life on December 12, 2007. She was

born July 7, 1927 to George & Florence (DeMoss) Prosser. She married Chuck

Morrow on Oct. 3, 1943.

Juanita worked for Carson Tahoe Hospital for 30 years where she earned "LPN

of the Year" for 2002; having also been nominated for the same award the

year before. She spent the latter part of her career in the OB/Maternity

ward taking care of many of the infants born in the Carson City area. Her

hobbies included spending time with her family, bowling, sewing and

traveling.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, four grandchildren and

one great-grandchild.

She is survived by her daughter Fern Clapham (Don) of

Arizona; son Jerry Morrow (Virginia) of New Mexico; son, George Morrow

(Jean) of Nevada; daughter, Yvonne Young (Doug) of Pennsylvania and son, Ken

McEdward of Nevada. Her grandchildren, Justine Elges (Mike) of Nevada; John

Sherven (Janay) of Nevada; Cliff Brewer (Lolly) of Nevada; Shane Morrow

(Stacey) of New Mexico; Jeremy Morrow (Michelle) of Nevada; Theresa

VanDemark (Jason) of Pennsylvania; Jacob Morrow (Maria) of Nevada; Matt

Clapham of Nevada; Charlie Young of Pennsylvania; Josh Morrow (Kayla) of

Nevada; Tavelynn Karpovich (JohnPaul) of Pennsylvania; Melissa McEdward of

Nevada; Jesse Morrow (Megan) of Nevada; Shelena McEdward of Nevada; Josh

McEdward of Nevada; 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2007 at 1pm at

Fitzhenry's Funeral Home, 3945 Fairview Drive in Carson City, Nevada.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to the American

Cancer Society.
