Lt. Col W. Keith Clark, Ret USAF a Carson City resident since 1969, died on December 10, 2007 in Carson City, Nevada.

He was born May 3, 1923 in Denver, Colorado. He served in Europe in the Army of the United States as an enlisted man during World War II, was commissioned in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and retired after a tour in Vietnam. He was a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Syracuse University. Shortly after retiring from military service in 1968 he married Sachiko Ishii in Tokyo, Japan. After returning to the United States he worked for the state of Nevada holding a number of positions during his 20 plus years of service during the period 1968-1993. He was and avid hiker, backpacker, mountain climber and motorcyclist. He and his wife, Sachiko loved to travel.

Among his survivors are his wife, Sachiko Clark of Carson City, sons, Keith DeWitt Clark and Gregory Joseph Clark of Hyattsville, Maryland; sister, Dawn Clark Netsch of Chicago, Illinois.

Memorial Services with Military Honors will be held Saturday, January 5, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Walton's Chapel of the Valley 1281 N. Roop St. With Cremation at Walton's Sierra Crematory in Carson City, Nevada. Memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society , 712 Mill St. Reno, Nevada 89502
