Eunice Ann Mason, 69, an 18-year Carson City resident, died Feb. 26, 2007, in Carson City.

Mrs. Mason was born Sept. 8, 1937, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Walter Guhl and Edna Hart.

Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. Mason lived in San Diego for 35 years.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mason; brother Bill; and stepmother, Lola Guhl.

Among her survivors are her daughter and son-in-law Michele and Todd Potter of Boise; daughter and companion Marissa Guhl and Marsha Kaminski of San Diego; sisters LaDean Weber of Gilbertville, Iowa, and Mary Fitzgerald of Evensdale, Iowa; stepsister, Shirley Moats of Oklahoma City, Okla.; brother Edmund Guhl of Waterloo, Iowa; and stepbrother, Bill Thomas of Oklahoma City.

Cremation will take place at Walton's Sierra Crematory in Carson City. At her request, no services will be held.

Memorial donations may be made to Advocates to End Domestic Violence, or a charity of choice.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
