The Douglas County Democratic Women will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday at the Carson Valley Inn, Minden. Reno RV show this weekend
The 35th annual Reno Boat, Sport and RV show will be using the four largest halls of the Reno-Sparks Convention Center this weekend. It will show luxury RVs, travel trailers, tent campers, cab-overs, fifth wheels, ATV, and other outdoor equipment. It runs today through Sunday.
Hours are 2-9 p.m. tonight, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $8 for adults, $6 for senior citizens, and free for children 12 and under. Discounts of $2 are available by visiting www.bigshows.com. For information, call 747-7722.
Brüka to present children's comedy
"Many Moons" is a live-theater performance incorporating physical theatrics, improvisation and audience interaction. This classic piece of literature was written in the 1930s by one of America's great humorists, James Thurber. It is a tale of a princess who wants the moon, and how she gets it.

Circus coming to Reno
The Kerak Shrine Circus appears Friday at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday at 10 a.m., 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday at 1:30 and 6 p.m. at the Reno Livestock Events Center.
