Sallie Francis Graham, 84, a two-year Genoa resident, died Jan. 2, 2007.
Mrs. Graham was born Oct. 5, 1924, to Glenn Effell and Ida Nell Hunt Harrison.
She married Bayard Burke Graham on Jan. 7, 1946, in Abingdon, Va.
She worked in the banking industry. Before moving to Genoa, Mrs. Graham lived in Southern California.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jan. 28, 1984.
Among her survivors are sisters Sylvia Phillips of Thompson Valley, Va., and Judy Burgess of Bristol, Va.; brother Glenn O. Harrison of Tazewell, Va.; and numerous extended-family members.
A funeral was held Jan. 7, 2007, in Akard Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Jackson, nephew, officiating. Burial took place at the Mountain View Cemetery.
