Kathleen Day, 60, a Fernley resident died June 29, 2007, at her home. She was a former Carson City resident of 12 years.
Mrs. Day was born May 20, 1947, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Ray N. Adkins Sr. and Olive J. Adkins.
Mrs. Day was employed with the state of Nevada. She enjoyed crafting and giving her creations to others.
She was preceded in death by her father of Boise, Idaho, on June 1, 2007.
Among her survivors are his mother and brother, Ray N. "Sonny" Adkins Jr., both of Boise; daughter, Natalie J. Day of Fernley; and granddaughter, Shanti A. Bailey of Alparetta, Ga.
