The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:


• A 22-year-old collection agent from Mound House was arrested at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday at South Stewart and East Fifth streets on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a suspended sentence. Bail was set at $4,132.


• Dennis Lytle Johnson, 42, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Tuesday at College Parkway and Retail Way on suspicion of felony drunken driving with injury and misdemeanor following to closely to a vehicle. He allegedly registered .219 in a preliminary breath test for alcohol. Bail was set at $25,142.

• Domestic battery reports on Hot Springs Road, North Carson Street and Bryan Circle.


• Accidents on North Division Street, College Parkway and Market Street.


• Vehicle theft report on Highway 50 East at 8:06 a.m.


• Graffiti on Mayflower Avenue at 2:40 p.m.


• Missing person report from the Rand Avenue Motel at 3:36 p.m.


• Larceny reports on East William and North Carson streets at 8:04 p.m.


• Residential burglary report in the 4500 block of Center Drive at 11:53 p.m.


Lyon County


The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:


• Misdemeanor arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 1:10 a.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest on Farm District Road in Fernley at 9:21 a.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest on Relief Springs Road in Fernley at 9:47 a.m.


• A student wearing red told his aunt he was threatened by a gang at 10 a.m. at Dayton High School.


• Felony warrant arrest on Desert Springs Lane in Fernley at 12:13 p.m.


• Misdemeanor arrest on Center Street in Yerington at 5:09 p.m.


• A woman reported to the Silver Springs substation that her neighbor pointed a rifle at her at 6:38 p.m.


• Coroner call in the 100 block of Royal Oaks Drive in Fernley at 11:26 p.m.
