Angler's Edge is offering a fly tying class

Don and Liz Weirauch of Douglas County, have announced that the Angler's Edge at 1506 Hwy. 395 in Gardnerville is offering a 6-week fly tying class, beginning Apr. 22.

This class is on the fundamentals of fly fishing and does not include on-the-water instruction.

The class teaches casting, knots, reading waters, matching the hatch, rigging, entomology and the fishing gear.

The registration fee is $125.00, and the classes are on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m..

Class size is limited.

A deposit is required to hold your seat.

Couples are definitely encouraged to attend.
